TopBloc is seeking a Consultant II, Senior, Principal, or Managing Workday Payroll Consultant to join our boutique team. This role focuses on implementing Workday Payroll configurations for clients of varying sizes and complexity, delivering high-quality payroll solutions, and aligning HR processes with client objectives.

Remote and Monterrey-based opportunities, occasional US travel, and a strong emphasis on client collaboration, problem solving, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Workday Payroll Certification required.
• Fluent in English required.
• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Payroll configurations for customers of all sizes.
• 1+ years experience gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing Workday Payroll solutions per customer requirements.
• Knowledge in payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules.
• B1/B2 travel visa strongly preferred.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers.
• Good problem solver with ability to consider diverse perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Payroll technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity with experience.
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients’ business needs with increasing complexity.
• Define, build and implement HR processes and structure aligned with client objectives, enhancing experience and value of Workday software.
• Actively participate in internal training updates and share skills within the organization.
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding their Workday development and handling escalations (Manager Level).
• Utilize Workday knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).
• Occasional US travel may be required based on client needs and project demands.

• Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level)
