Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Implementation Consultant, Manager

Join to apply for the Workday Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking Implementation Consultant, Manager role at PwC.

This position is part of our Workday Human Capital practice within Workday Consulting services. You will help clients leverage Workday technology to enhance HR, talent management, and finance processes, developing tailored industry solutions that support the entire lifecycle of Workday implementation.

As a Manager, you will lead Workday Payroll, Absence Management, and Time Tracking workstreams, manage client expectations, and oversee project delivery. You will supervise teams, foster client relationships, and solve complex problems to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client expectations and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive engagement workstreams to meet project goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on objectives.
  • Implement innovative approaches to improve project outcomes.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 6 years of Workday product experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Organizational Management, or Computer Science.
  • Workday functional certification(s), especially in Payroll, Absence Management, Time Tracking, or Engagement Management.
  • Experience leading multiple Workday implementations.
  • Strong skills in gathering business requirements and managing functional modules.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and mentor staff.
Additional Information
