Job summary

This role will involve both delivery and strategic advisory components to facilitate client engagement.

The Planet Group’s direct end-user client is seeking a Workday PATT Consultant to join them on a fully remote contract opportunity!

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills:

• Deep functional expertise in Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence
• This role blends delivery and pre-sales, requiring strong advisory skills, solutioning complex business needs, and engaging in strategic conversations to support and expand client relationships

Qualifications:

• Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Certification REQUIRED
• Familiar with international time and pay setups across North and Latin America.
• Comfortable advising senior leaders and contributing to strategic conversations.
• Some background in reporting, analytics, or integration support.
• Has led or architected several end-to-end Workday rollouts.
• Skilled in solution design, workflow setup, requirements gathering, and testing oversight.
• Hands-on with tools like EIBs, custom fields, workflows, and logic rules.
