Title: Workday Training Specialist: OfficeConnect

Location: Fully Remote (East coast preferred / work east coast hours)

Duration: 3 months

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Workday OfficeConnect tailored to Finance team needs, including live workshops, virtual sessions, and on-demand learning resources.
• Partner with Finance leaders and reporting teams to understand their reporting requirements and ensure alignment between training content and business goals.
• Create engaging and easy-to-follow training materials, such as job aids, video tutorials, step-by-step guides, and best practice documentation for using OfficeConnect with Workday Financials.
• Provide hands-on support and coaching to Finance users building reports in Excel via OfficeConnect, including troubleshooting issues and enhancing report functionality.
• Maintain and update training content to reflect Workday releases, changes to data models, or reporting enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience training users on Workday, with direct hands-on experience using OfficeConnect for financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, account structures, and reporting practices.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Advanced Excel skills, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience creating instructional materials and leading training initiatives across departments.
• Familiarity with Workday data sources, custom reports, and security access as they relate to OfficeConnect.
