Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Workday Integration Analyst to design, build and maintain Workday integrations with Enterprise systems, Payroll, Benefit and other Third Party HR Partner systems. The role supports faster decision making and enhanced HR processes in a global environment.

You will collaborate with the HRIT team and stakeholders to implement new capabilities within the HR technology landscape, troubleshoot issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Webservices, APIs and other modern Integration technologies.
• 2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Makes basic decisions requiring limited judgment and using established procedures and methodologies.
• Works under close supervision and has no supervisory responsibilities.
• Supports Functional team members and performs basic tasks with some oversight.
• Collaborates and works with stakeholders to meet requests.
• Explains own work clearly and explains independent judgement well.
• Understands functional business context and how their work may apply.
• Demonstrates openness to learning and developing; takes responsibility for own development.
• Understands team performance and how work may impact the team goals.
• Collects and reviews data sources and applies potential recommendations; compiles data for data integrity/audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop integration design specifications with HR stakeholders; build and maintain Integrations using Workday capabilities such as EIBs, Report As a Service, Packaged Integrations and Workday Studio Integrations
• Troubleshoot Workday Integration issues and identify improvement opportunities on existing integrations
• Develop understanding of business processes configured in Workday to master the full integration landscape and touchpoints
• Partner with other HRIT team members to implement new capabilities within the HR Technology landscape
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date documentation
