Job summary

KBR Careers is seeking a Workday Integration & Reporting Analyst in the Washington, D.C. area who will configure and optimize Workday solutions. You will support the HR technology ecosystem with your expertise in integrations and reporting.

The role involves designing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and developing reports to aid decision-making. Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and significant experience with Workday tools and reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Workday integrations and reporting.
• Experience in HRIS, IT, or HR technology environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot integration issues ensuring timely data flow across systems.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
