Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a consultant to reinforce policies, guide design sessions, and drive tasks within a Workday-oriented ERP project.

You will support client through legacy-to-Workday HCM transitions, mentor junior staff, and participate in ongoing training. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential in a dynamic, remote-capable environment.

The role offers exposure to North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, with remote work options indicated by #LI-Remote.

Qualifications

• Ideally 3-5 years of consulting experience.
• Experience with Workday integrations and ERP projects.
• Experience with ERP middleware/SOA tooling.
• Proficiency with web services (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML).
• Educational background in IT/engineering (BAS/B.S. relevant).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces company policies and procedures to others.
• Leads and organizes tasks within a project workstream to drive completion.
• Guides clients through design sessions and configuration decisions.
• Supports client through legacy-to-Workday HCM data transfer.
• Mentors fellow consultants and analysts.
• Participates in update training and knowledge sharing within Cognizant.
