You’ll be joining Carta's People Platform team.This team owns the systems that power how nearly 2,000 Carta employees globally experience their work from hire to retire. The People Tech team sits at the intersection of HR, IT, and engineering, building the integrations and automation that keep Carta's people data accurate, compliant, and actionable across the business. As Carta scales internationally, this team's work becomes increasingly consequential ensuring that every system, every data flow, and every workflow keeps pace with the company's growth.

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:
$161,000 - $190,000 in New York and San Francisco
$153,425 - $180,500 in Seattle
Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
