Job summary

Huron is seeking a Technical Manager to lead Workday integration projects and oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle with client and internal teams.

You will guide planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live and post-production support, frequently communicating complex solutions to stakeholders and coordinating global delivery resources.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Workday integration experience.
• 2+ years as Workday Integration Lead.
• Hands-on with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer.
• Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Workday integration implementation lifecycle (planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go-live, post-production support).
• Collaborate with Huron and client teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 4 plus years of Workday integration experience.
• 2+ years of experience serving as a Workday Integration Lead,
• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/Orchestrate, Cloud Connectors, EIBs, Prism Analytics, and Workday Report Writer.
• Preferred but not required: Higher Education or Healthcare implementation experience, preferably supporting hospital or health system clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience explaining technical solutions to client stakeholders
• Experience working within an offshore / global delivery model, coordinating with onshore and offshore resources
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, as needed
• Experience supporting Workday HCM, Financials, and/or SCM implementations

The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - $170,0000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $174,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future
