The Workday Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations between Workday and external systems. This role ensures seamless and secure data flow across platforms, supporting business operations and system integrity.

This is a remote role, but you must reside in one of these 8 states: Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Licensure/Certification/Registry

• Required: Workday HCM Certification, Workday Integration Certification
• Desired: Workday Extend, Human Capital Management, Payroll, Reporting and Analytics, Security, and Platform Administrators Certifications

Experience

• 3+ years of Workday integration development experience with hands-on expertise in Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST web services
• Experience supporting integrations for Payroll, Benefits, Financial, Supply Chain, and other HCM systems
• Experience troubleshooting complex integrations and working with middleware platforms
• Ability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
