Job summary

Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is hiring an HRIS Analyst to support the day-to-day health, testing, and configuration of Workday HCM, Payroll and Time Tracking modules.

The role requires monitoring system alerts, executing tests, loading data via EIBs, and applying configuration updates to ensure accuracy, stability, and reliability. 2–5 years of hands-on Workday experience are preferred, with a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, or Business Administration.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking.
• Experience building and loading EIBs.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily Workday system alerts, integration errors, and BP exceptions.
• Triage issues and escalate to appropriate teams.
• Develop and execute test scripts for HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking.
• Build, load, and validate EIB files for mass data changes.
• Document configuration changes and support tenant maintenance during releases.
