What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize and configure Workday to meet HR needs and close functionality gaps
- Act as a subject matter expert in Workday, advocating for modern and efficient processes
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis
- Assist in testing data migrations and writing effective test scripts for real-world scenarios
- Develop and maintain detailed system documentation and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday administrator or analyst
- Proven experience configuring Workday business processes and functionality
- Deep understanding of Workday's architecture and data flows between modules
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday Pro certification in one or more modules
- Experience with Workday security administration
- Experience creating advanced reports and dashboards
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
