Job summary

Infosys in Richardson, TX seeks a Package Project Lead 1 to drive Workday HCM programs across multi-country deployments. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholder alignment, supporting development, integration, and customization of enterprise packages.

The role emphasizes proactive risk management, collaborative stakeholder relationships, and balancing project economics with strategic priorities. Relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in HCM consulting and digital transformation.
• Workday Core HCM implementation and architecture.
• Workday HCM NA Payroll.
• Experience in global system integrator environments.
• Workday HCM Certification (required).
• Willingness to relocate and/or travel to work/project location.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate between technical teams and client stakeholders via regular meetings, sprints, and phases.
• Support development, integration, and customization of enterprise application packages per requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality and stakeholder expectations.
