EisnerAmper is seeking an experienced and dynamic Workday HCM Consultant with Core HCM certification and a strong understanding of the intersection between HCM. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in client-facing environments, can confidently engage with CHRO-level stakeholders, and are passionate about delivering high-impact solutions in complex, multi-module deployments. In this position, you will lead and support Workday Core HCM implementations, collaborate across Financials and HCM teams, and help clients navigate the nuances of integrated Workday environments.

Lead and support Workday Core HCM implementations and post-production engagements.
Deliver high-quality solutions across a minimum of 5 full-cycle Workday HCM deployments.
Serve as a strategic advisor to CHROs and HR leadership on Workday HCM capabilities and best practices.
Collaborate with Financials consultants to ensure seamless integration between HCM and Financials modules.
Translate business requirements into scalable, client-specific Workday HCM configurations.
Support integration efforts between HCM and third-party systems including payroll, benefits, and recruiting platforms.
Provide post-production support including break/fix resolution, reporting enhancements, and user experience optimization.
Advise clients on the Workday security model, including domain and business process security policies, and ensure proper configuration and governance.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Workday Core HCM Certification required.
Minimum of 5 full-cycle Workday HCM implementations.
3+ years of consulting experience.
Experience supporting clients implementing Workday Financials alongside HCM.
Strong understanding of Workday integrations related to HCM.
Proven ability to communicate effectively with CHROs and senior HR stakeholders.
Experience in multi-module Workday environments.
Ability to bridge functional and technical conversations across HCM and Financials.
Passion for delivering high-impact solutions and driving client success.
Excellent problem-solving skills and client engagement capabilities.
May be required to work extended hours during the workweek and weekends, as needed.
May be required to travel and work from different company and client locations.
