Job summary

The Mom Project is partnering with CTS Impact to find a Workday Financials Project Manager. You will lead complex projects, collaborating with client executives and our cross‑functional team to deliver on time and within budget.

We value hands‑on expertise in Workday Financials and a proven track record in project management, with strong communication and analytical skills to drive business transformation across finance and IT functions.

Qualifications

Immediate need is for Workday Financials experience; SME experience considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, Data Analytics or Organizational Design; advanced degree preferred.
Proven success with full life‑cycle project management.
Proficient use of project management tools for planning, scheduling, task management and work organization.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Systems experience with Workday, Tableau, Oracle, Power BI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Will work directly with client’s stakeholders and executives to ensure successful delivery of project deliverables.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs.
Coordinate resources for flawless execution of projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Establish and maintain relationships with all applicable parties.
