Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Workday Financials Analyst to serve as the Finance department's subject matter expert and functional lead for Workday Financial Management. You will partner with Finance leadership, Information Technology, and key stakeholders to support the successful implementation, adoption, optimization, and ongoing use of Workday Financials.

The role requires five years of progressive experience in financial systems and ERP environments, with a preference for Workday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Defined Education: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience leading cross-functional efforts involving system implementation, testing, stakeholder engagement, or process improvement within financial systems, ERP systems, finance operations, business process analysis or a related field
• Substitutions: May substitute relevant work experience for education on a year-for-year basis
• License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver's License; Workday Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance department's SME and functional lead for Workday Financial Management
• Partner with Finance leadership, IT, and key stakeholders to support implementation, adoption, optimization, and ongoing use of Workday Financials
• Represent business needs, support process improvement initiatives, facilitate testing and training efforts
• Ensure Workday solutions align with the organization's operational, reporting, compliance, and strategic objectives
