Job summary
Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Workday Finance Support Analyst who will support Finance processes on the Workday platform and contribute to strategic initiatives of AHC.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, testing Workday programs, providing end-user support, and promoting adoption of new functionality, including AI-enabled capabilities, to maximize value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, computer science, information systems, or business administration or related field (equivalency considered).
- Background in Accounting or Finance preferred. Workday Experience required.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in system architecture and solution design.
- Developed project competency.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Workday Finance support for various projects, including new Workday technologies related to strategic initiatives.
- Participate in Workday major releases, identifying impact and enhancement opportunities.
- Provide customer support to end-users of the Workday platform, answering questions and resolving issues with timely responses.
- Identify and analyze business needs across GL, Assets, Supplier Accounts, Expenses, Procurement, and Projects.
- Collaborate with leads, analysts, designers, and system owners in testing Workday software programs and applications.
