Job summary

A global fintech leader is seeking a Workday Finance Lead to manage the greenfield implementation of Workday Financials. This role involves functional leadership in deployment, data migration, and compliance, requiring significant experience in Workday Financials and a strong understanding of finance operations. Qualifications

Significant Workday Financials experience as a functional lead or senior consultant.
At least one full-lifecycle implementation required.
Solid understanding of US GAAP/IFRS concepts.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary functional voice across Workday Core Financials, Procurement, and Expenses.
Coordinate with tax and local finance for compliance and localization.
Own the Workday Financials roadmap aligned to CFO priorities.
