What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide consulting support to Finance stakeholders on Workday Financials functionality and optimization
• Act as a primary point of contact for system troubleshooting and resolution of Workday Finance issues
• Configure and support Workday Finance modules, including Accounts Payable and General Ledger
• Advise Finance stakeholders on business process design and best practice solutions
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Supply Chain teams to streamline workflows

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree required
• Workday Finance certification(s)
• Experience with healthcare ERP/EHR integrations
• Familiarity with CMS reporting requirements and nonprofit finance standards
• Prior experience in healthcare organizations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in business consulting related to financial systems
• Knowledge of data transformation techniques and reporting tools
