Job summary

The director will guide finance, accounting, technology, and implementation teams through deployment, stabilization, and optimization, ensuring alignment with enterprise processes.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive finance, ERP, finance transformation, or enterprise systems experience, including leadership
- Lead design and architecture for Workday Financial Management across multiple finance domains
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align Workday with enterprise processes and reporting needs
- Drive data conversion, cutover planning, and post-migration validation
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead finance architect for Workday Financial Management transition
- Lead end-to-end solution design across Workday Financials (GL, revenue, procurement, etc.)
- Translate finance requirements into scalable Workday configurations
- Assess current environment and determine disposition of capabilities
- Own finance data conversion strategy and post-migration validation
- Provide architectural oversight for integrations and related platforms
- Establish design principles, governance, and controls
