To serve as the administrator of Workday, our ERP system, for the HCM Core functionality. Administrate Workday and support the work of other operational areas in HR. Provide level two help desk support. Act as an internal consultant to the entire organization, coordinating release and change management as the system evolves and the organizational needs change. Support upgrades to Workday through testing, training and providing help desk support. To serve as one of the primary liaisons to the vendor. Coordinate integration management with our IT partners.
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field required.
Experience: 5 years of Workday learning or talent experience.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Familiarity with a variety of reporting tools and skills with statistical analysis. Advanced ability to work with Microsoft applications; especially Excel and Teams. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to solve problems and work across department boundaries independently. Ability to manage multiple projects and time. Must be organized, able to research and analyze information to make appropriate decisions.
