Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Workday Engagement Manager to lead delivery from assessment to full transformation across client engagements in a collaborative team environment.

You will drive multi-phase Workday implementations, apply consultative skills, and strive for high customer satisfaction. Onsite in Hawaii with up to 50% travel for non-local candidates, and frequent client presentations and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Workday experience in engagement management or business process improvement.
• Experience with an ERP system: Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
• Proven role in multiple referenceable implementations.
• Current holder of a Workday Certification.
• Experience with execution of projects within a structured methodology.
• Onsite in Hawaii or up to 50% travel to Hawaii if non-local.
• Workday EM certification preferred.
• Direct EM experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
• State or local government implementation experience preferred.
• Experience working in complex multi-phase implementations.
• Ability to meet applicable employment eligibility requirements; no security clearance required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with minimum of seven (7) years of experience using Workday in an engagement management/business process improvement capacity; OR Master's degree with minimum of five (5) years of such experience; OR no degree with minimum of eleven (11) years of such experience
• Experience with an ERP system: Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
• Proven role in multiple referenceable implementations
• Current holder of a Workday Certification, excluding pro certifications
• Experience with execution of projects within a structured methodology
• Onsite in Hawaii OR up to 50% travel to Hawaii required if non-local
• Workday EM certification preferred
• Direct EM experience preferred
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
• PMP certification preferred
• State or local government implementation experience preferred
• Experience working in complex multi-phase implementations
