Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Workday Reporting & Integration specialist focused on Time Tracking, Payroll and Prism Analytics to build and support reports and dashboards.

You will deploy new modules, manage change control, and assist with upgrades, security, and production migrations. Strong experience in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services is required, with a track record of translating business requirements into technical deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in creating/modifying matrix, composite and advanced reports and dashboards.
• Translate functional specs into technical deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Build and support Workday reports and dashboards.
• Deploy new modules/projects/enhancements.
• Participate in change control process of requests through migration to Production tenants.
• Support upgrades, maintenance, security, access.
• Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments.
• Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements.
• Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues.

Primary Responsibilities may include:

• Build and support Workday reports and dashboards.
• Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements
• Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
• Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
• Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
• Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements
• Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues
