What you’ll do

  • Provides day-to-day operation support of Tier 1 Workday tickets for all HR system modules (HR, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation Benefits Recruiting, Talent & Performance), including, but not limited to, researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday issues, unexpected results, and process flaws.
  • Maintains the accuracy of Workday data and supports HR technology efforts involving Workday HCMS
  • Troubleshoots and resolves production support issues and resolves defects timely and with exceptional customer service
  • Provides support for Workday, including researching, identifying, and resolving complex Workday issues, unexpected results, and process flaws

What we’re looking for

  • 3-5 years of working experience.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced start-up environment. Adaptable to changes and challenges.
  • Proven experience with Workday configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Strong understanding of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, etc.). Security and business process.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing service tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple tickets concurrently.
