Job Title: Workday Configuration Specialist

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

We are seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Specialist to configure, maintain, and optimize Workday systems within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in the Workday configuration process and at least five years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workday Configuration: Configure and optimize Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, and Integration.
• Integration Management: Develop and manage complex integrations using Workday , EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Business Process Management: Design and manage advanced business processes within the Workday platform.
• Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and other analytics tools.
• Security and Compliance: Configure and manage Workday security roles and groups, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex configuration issues to optimize system performance.
• Change Management: Manage system updates and transitions to ensure minimal disruption and smooth implementation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 6-8 years of Workday experience in a large enterprise environment.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Workday Configuration, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
