U.S. Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation & HCM Support Analyst to partner with HR leadership in Houston. The role focuses on day-to-day Workday Compensation configuration, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance, with a hybrid work option.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR and Workday HCM, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective Workday solutions while supporting compensation cycles and system enhancements.

The Workday Compensation & HCM Support Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of the Workday HCM system, with a primary emphasis on Compensation. This role partners closely with HR leadership and the Workday HCM Administrator to maintain data accuracy, ensure accurate compensation configuration and compliance, while supporting system enhancements and ongoing operational needs. Preferred Hybrid candidate local in Houston.
