What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday Compensation configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and enhancement requests
- Partner with Compensation and HR teams to design, maintain, and enhance compensation processes such as merit cycles and bonus programs
- Analyze compensation data and system workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
- Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for HR and business users
- Support annual compensation review cycles, including system setup, testing, and post-cycle analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum three years of HRIS experience, with two years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience
- Strong understanding of compensation principles, pay structures, and offer calculation logic
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for compensation modeling and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Workday certification in Compensation or Advanced Compensation
- Experience supporting compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to design and sustain business processes in evolving system environments
- Experience with testing, configuration, and troubleshooting within Workday or other ERP platforms
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
