What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Workday Compensation configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and enhancement requests
  • Partner with Compensation and HR teams to design, maintain, and enhance compensation processes such as merit cycles and bonus programs
  • Analyze compensation data and system workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for HR and business users
  • Support annual compensation review cycles, including system setup, testing, and post-cycle analysis
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum three years of HRIS experience, with two years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience
  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, pay structures, and offer calculation logic
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools for compensation modeling and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Workday certification in Compensation or Advanced Compensation
  • Experience supporting compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity) in a corporate environment
  • Proven ability to design and sustain business processes in evolving system environments
  • Experience with testing, configuration, and troubleshooting within Workday or other ERP platforms
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders at all levels
