As a Workday Financials Grants Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:

1. Lead workshops for client education
2. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
3. Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday Grants solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross-functional impacts are considered and mitigated
4. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
5. Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping
6. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
