As a member of one of the world’s largest Workday-certified teams, you’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to entire transformations, you’ll deliver integrated, payroll, cloud-based HR and financial management solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

As a Workday Financials Grants Lead your primary responsibilities may include:

1. Identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures
2. Lead workshops for client education
3. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements
4. Support the Financials Lead in architecting Workday Grants solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
5. Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
6. Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping
7. Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies

Travel may be required for this role.

Here’s what you need:

1. Workday Financials and Grants Partner Certification
2. Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant, or similar level role
3. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials Grants implementation experience
4. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Platforms
5. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience)

Bonus points if:

1. Experience designing Fund Accounting, Clinical Trials, Labor Costing, Effort Certification, and Pre-Award business processes within an Enterprise Resource Planning platform
2. Experience working within hospital research/grants administration
3. Proficiency in multiple business processes: (PTP, OTC, GL, FA, Budgeting, Cash Management, etc…)
4. Experience leading global and/or LE Workday engagements.
5. Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
6. Other leading Cloud based SaaS financial application implementation experience: (Oracle E-Business Suite, NetSuite, Infor, Unit 4, PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, Lawson, etc...)
7. An advanced degree in Healthcare
