As a Workday Extend Integrations Developer Consultant, your primary responsibilities include:
- Design, build, and support testing of Workday Extend applications based on client requirements, considering functional, security, technical, performance, quality, and operational aspects through to deployment.
- Lead client discovery and design assessment sessions to creatively implement requirements by leveraging Workday cloud platform functionalities, focusing on Workday Extend, integrations, and custom reporting across Human Capital Management, Financial, Supply Chain, and Student areas.
- Contribute to and lead Accenture’s Workday Extend Community of Practice to improve development and delivery methods globally.
- Effectively lead vendor (internal/external) design sessions to manage overall program timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives for Workday Extend deployment, emphasizing usability, functionality, and performance.
- Apply an innovative mindset to design solutions that address complex business requirements.

Qualifications:
- Workday Extend Certification and Studio Certification.
- At least 2 years of consulting experience, recent in a Workday Extend developer role.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Workday Extend experience including Model Level Components, PMD Scripting, Orchestrations, Studio, EIB, and third-party coding.
- At least 2 years of US or global Workday implementation experience, preferably with Workday Extend/Cloud platform.
- Knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), scripting (Javascript, Java, Python), and API architecture.
- Experience leading implementation teams, especially with Platform-as-a-Service or custom web applications, ideally in HCM, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student modules.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 6 years of work experience). If associate’s degree, then at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Bonus skills:
- Workday Orchestrate Certification.
- Workday HCM or Financials core certification.
- Proven application development experience.
- Understanding of functional-technical touchpoints across Workday modules.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and a product-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Excel, Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint.
