Workday Extend Certified Consultant

The Workday Extend Certified Consultant is responsible for delivering tailored solutions to our clients, leveraging a deep expertise in Workday Extend to meet their unique business needs. Your primary role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and designing, developing, enhancing, and maintaining custom Workday Extend Applications to provide enhanced functionality within the Workday platform. Your abilities to provide expert guidance and problem-solving and deliver exceptional client service will be crucial in ensuring successful Workday implementations and long-term client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate for this role possesses a Workday Extend certification, a strong understanding of Workday HCM or FIN data and APIs, and hands-on experience developing and implementing Workday Extend solutions. Must be a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions. Position Details

Workday Extend Certified Consultant

Note: Position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
2. Design and develop custom solutions using Workday Extend to meet client needs.
3. Build, enhance, and maintain Workday Extend Apps and orchestrations, create business processes, and integrate data as needed.
4. Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for Workday Extend development.
5. Assist with the testing and deployment of Workday Extend solutions.
6. Train client teams and end-users on Workday Extend functionality.
7. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday Extend configurations.
8. Stay up-to-date with Workday Extend updates and enhancements.

Qualifications:

1. Workday Extend Certification is required.
2. 3+ Years implementing Workday Extend solutions or 1+ Years of Extend experience plus 3+ years implementing Workday integrations, including direct, hands-on project experience, cutover/MTP, and post-production support.
3. 3+ years of HCM/ERP software application experience with EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, or other integration and programming technologies.
4. Previous consulting experience with a WD services partner company.
5. Experience and understanding of Human Resources and/or Financials data.
6. Business, Process, and Data Analysis skills.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Good negotiation and facilitation skills.
9. Ability to work proactively and independently within a project framework.
10. Willingness to advance technically and earn additional Workday certifications.
