Info Way Solutions is seeking an experienced Workday Application Manager with strong Learning expertise to support and manage Workday Learning applications in a large enterprise environment.

The role requires hands-on Workday Learning configuration, administration, integrations, and stakeholder management. The candidate should lead releases, perform deployment activities, and guide the support team in a hybrid Bay Area environment.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Application Manager with strong Workday Learning expertise to support and manage Workday Learning applications for a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday Learning, Learning Management, application administration, configuration, integrations, production support, and stakeholder management.

The candidate should be a Certified Workday Learning Expert with the ability to lead application operations, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate releases, and work closely with HR, Learning & Development, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Workday Learning application and related business processes.
• Serve as the primary SME for Workday Learning configuration, administration, and support.
• Manage Workday Learning application lifecycle, enhancements, releases, and production support.
• Configure and maintain Learning functionality including:
• Learning campaigns
• Courses and programs
• Learning content
• Learning assignments
• Enrollment and completion

• Reports and dashboards
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday Learning solutions.
• Partner with HR, Talent, Learning & Development, and IT stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Lead issue resolution and root-cause analysis for Workday Learning incidents.
• Coordinate with Workday, implementation partners, and technical teams for complex issues.
• Support Workday releases, regression testing, impact analysis, and deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation, configuration documentation, and operational procedures.
• Monitor application performance, data quality, integrations, and security.
• Support Workday Learning integrations with internal and external learning platforms.
• Assist with data loads, EIBs, reporting, and troubleshooting of integration issues.
• Ensure appropriate security roles and access within Workday Learning.
• Lead UAT, test planning, test execution, and defect management.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to Workday support team members.
• Communicate application status, risks, issues, and project updates to business and IT leadership.

• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis capabilities.

Integration & Technical Skills

• Experience with Workday integrations and EIBs.
• Understanding of Workday Web Services / APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting inbound and outbound integrations.
• Familiarity with XML, SOAP, REST, and integration data formats.
• Experience working with third-party LMS or learning-content providers is highly desirable.
• Ability to work with technical teams on integration defects and data issues.

Certification

Required / Strongly Preferred:

• Workday HCM certification is a plus.
• Additional Workday certifications in Reporting, Integrations, or Security are advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application management or Workday.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Learning experience.
• Experience supporting large, complex enterprise Workday environments.
• Experience working with global HR/L&D organizations.
