The Workday Analyst role serves as the subject matter expert on Workday able to support required Workday modules (benefits and payroll). Both highly analytical and front facing, the role provides Workday support to primary stakeholders and the business in general. As a subject matter expert, the Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting, configuration, maintenance and testing of Workday.

Working collaboratively, this position will be responsible for a broad range of activities including system configuration, ensuring data integrity, documentation, training, reporting, auditing, troubleshooting, and compliance. This position will support ongoing process improvement activities to bring greater efficiency to the Human Resource function, as well as the entire company. This role is also responsible for performing system enhancements, system maintenance, system testing, and system upgrades.

What you will do
• Demonstrate expertise and ownership for the configuration, enhancement maintenance and testing of the Workday platform.
• Interact with business users to gather and clarify business requirements and translate requirements into system functionality utilizing best practices and making recommendations to ensure optimal system functionality
• Evaluate newly released functionalities, and recommend solutions that meet business needs while fitting into overall Human Resource strategies
• Support semi-annual Workday updates/new functionality
• Provide business process and workflow configurations, integration support and troubleshooting Support data uploads into Workday utilizing EIBs. Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes and promote user adoption
• Provide user support, process mapping/documentation and training, for system enhancements and processing procedures

What you will bring
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years’ related experience in an analytical role utilizing Workday; specific experience with any of the following Workday modules is highly desired: payroll, benefits.
• Functional understanding of core HR business terminology processes and practices.
• Problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data structures
• Knowledge of Workday integration and data flow best practices are critical to successful performance in this role.
• Knowledge of Workday security and business process configuration highly preferred
• Experience creating Workday reports and dashboards a plus
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Demonstrated strong customer focus
• Strong organizational skills and initiative required.

Base Salary Range

$70,800.00 - $99,975.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
