About the role

As a Workday Adaptive Consultant, you will get to:

  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance Adaptive-based planning processes and dashboards.
  • Translate business needs into scalable Adaptive models and reports.
  • Lead training and enablement efforts to build Adaptive fluency across the finance team.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to department and executive leadership on forecasts, budgets, and financial decisions.
  • Build and maintain intermediate financial models for Sales, Product Management, and Corporate functions.
  • Drive process improvements and deliver actionable insights through Adaptive and other tools.

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in a high-performing FP&A function, preferably within a Fortune 500 environment.
  • Proven expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, including implementation, model building, and optimization.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve financial systems and processes.
  • Advanced MS Excel and intermediate skills in SQL, SAP, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Embrace a “yes and” mindset of willingness to help and be a part of the solution.
  • Own responsibilities end-to-end in an independent manner.
  • Drives FP&A strategy analysis for senior executive leadership.
  • Demonstrates natural curiosity to learn and identify opportunities for process improvement.
