Job summary

Advanced Outdoor Management is seeking a dedicated housekeeper for our campground facilities in Colorado. The role includes maintaining cabins, rentals, bathhouses, laundry areas, and recreation spaces while delivering outstanding hospitality and service to guests.

Candidates should be able to multi‑task, stay organized, and lift at least 40 lbs. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, though training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day‑to‑day upkeep of cabins, rentals, bath and shower houses, laundry rooms, recreation rooms and the retail store.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive first and lasting impression.
• Assist guests and coworkers to satisfy needs while following campground standards.
• Perform duties in a safe, efficient, and organized manner.

We are looking for a hard‑working individual who is passionate about the outdoors and hospitality. The housekeeping department handles day‑to‑day upkeep of the property’s common and public areas, including cabins and rentals, bath and shower houses, laundry rooms, recreation rooms, and the retail store. Housekeepers play an important role in ensuring a positive first and lasting impression through exceptional customer service.

With housekeeping being such an involved position, we are looking for someone who can multi‑task, think on their toes, work independently, and demonstrate a high level of organization. Must be customer service driven with the ability to satisfy customer needs while meeting campground requirements. Supplies and materials will be provided. Previous experience is preferable, but you will receive training. Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs.
