Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Integration Developer with strong Workato expertise to design, build, test, and support the integration layer behind our patient services and health‑care client solutions.

You will implement secure, HIPAA‑compliant integrations across Salesforce, hub vendors, payer and EHR/EMR platforms, and data warehouses, while ensuring reliability, logging, and timely delivery for regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on integration development experience, with a minimum of 3 years building production integrations on Workato.
• Healthcare or life sciences integration experience, supporting patient services, hub services, or PSP operations.
• Working knowledge of the patient services ecosystem (hub vendors, specialty pharmacy, benefits investigation, prior authorization, copay, patient assistance).
• Salesforce platform experience enough to design integrations, including Health Cloud/Life Sciences Cloud as an endpoint.
• Strong API design and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, batch/bulk processing, idempotency).
• HIPAA/PHI handling and client security review process exposure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workato recipes, callable recipes, connections, API endpoints, and data pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into integration designs and specifications.
• Integrate patient journey steps across enrollment, benefits, prior authorization, copay, and adherence data.
• Work with Salesforce APIs, Health Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud data models.
• Own lifecycle management: environments, version control, deployment, rollback, and monitoring.
