Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Work Zone Traffic Control Engineer for our Raleigh or Charlotte, NC office. The role involves preparing work zone traffic control plans, assisting with signing and pavement marking plans, and performing traffic analyses. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 4 years of traffic engineering experience, and familiarity with NCDOT projects.

This position is part of a growing traffic engineering team that handles a variety of municipal transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in traffic engineering.
• Experience preparing transportation management plans for NCDOT projects.
• Working knowledge of NCDOT Standards and Specifications desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work zone traffic control plans for various projects.
• Assist with signing and pavement marking plans.
