Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring Behavior Technicians/ABA Therapists with no experience required. We offer paid training and flexible scheduling in Orange County, including Garden Grove, Anaheim, and nearby cities. Roles are available part-time and full-time, with consideration for full-time benefits after 30+ hours.

You will conduct one-on-one ABA sessions, support language and social skills development, and collaborate with families to reinforce learning at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Live Scan background check, reimbursed after conditional offer.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics, and the community, driving to each location as needed.
• Teach a wide range of skills, including language and communication, social skills, self-help skills, and play skills.
• Implement positive behavioral supports developed by your supervisor.
• Collect daily session data on a company tablet.
• Facilitate social skills play dates.
• Work directly with families to teach programs, include siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community.

Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – No Experience Needed!

Pay: $20-25 per hour, based on experience and education

About Us

We work with kids of all ages, providing ABA therapy. We are a Top Workplace in Orange County and are looking for enthusiastic therapists to join our team. We serve families throughout Orange County – e.g., Anaheim, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana.

We are hiring part-time and full-time therapists to work with our awesome kiddos. We have immediate availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (4–32 hours per week), with optional weekend hours. We're super flexible and will work around your schedule. [Staff working 30+ hours per week qualify for full-time benefits.]

No experience necessary! You'll receive comprehensive PAID training and weekly oversight from our credentialed supervisors.
