Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is seeking a Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist with no experience required.

We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to work with kids across Orange County. Role includes one-on-one sessions in homes, schools, clinics; teaching communication, social and self-help skills; collecting session data; collaborating with families; and supporting learning at home.

Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist – No Experience Needed!

Pay: $20-25 per hour, based on experience and education

About Us

We work with kids of all ages, providing ABA therapy. We are a Top Workplace in Orange County and are looking for enthusiastic therapists to join our team. We serve families throughout Orange County – e.g., Anaheim, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Orange, Santa Ana.

We are hiring part-time and full-time therapists to work with our awesome kiddos. We have immediate availability between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (4–32 hours per week), with optional weekend hours. We're super flexible and will work around your schedule. [Staff working 30+ hours per week qualify for full-time benefits.]

No experience necessary! You'll receive comprehensive PAID training and weekly oversight from our credentialed supervisors.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate social skills play dates
• Work directly with families to teach programs, include siblings in sessions, and support learning at home and in the community

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
• Energetic, reliable, and caring
• Live Scan background check, completed after a conditional offer (we reimburse the cost)
• Bilingual in Spanish or Vietnamese a plus
