Job summary

Central Plateau Cleanup Comp is seeking a Work Week Manager in Richland, WA. You will lead the scheduling team, coordinating labor and equipment across projects to meet CPCCo priorities and ensure proper execution of the rolling work week plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 10 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Higher levels of leadership and scheduling responsibility with Progress tracking and coordination across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the work week scheduling team to ensure rolling work week schedule is executed according to CPCCo priorities.
  • Coordinates labor and equipment resources to optimize scheduling.
  • Leads key Work Week meetings (4-Week Look-Ahead, PODR, PODS, T+1 metrics) to monitor performance and resolve conflicts.
  • Collaborates with Facility Management, Project Managers, Field Work Supervisors, FLMs, WWS, and RAPOC to balance labor resources.
  • Verifies POW prioritization, planning, resource-loading, and executability.
  • Interfaces with Hanford Site Contractors to coordinate work and resources.
  • Maintains clear communications across organizations to ensure activities progress as scheduled.
  • Drives continuous improvement initiatives from lessons learned and metrics to improve reliability and execution.

  • Manages the work week scheduling team to ensure company goals and commitments are identified in the rolling work week schedule and executed in according to CPCCo priorities.
  • Manages work week process by integrating work activities through the coordination of labor and equipment resources to ensure that work is effectively scheduled.
  • Facilitates and provides direction for key Work Week meetings (4-Week Look-Ahead, Plan of the Day Release (PODR), Plan of the Day Status (PODS) and T+1 Schedule Performance Metrics) to monitor schedule performance and resolve conflicts.
  • Collaborates with Facility Management, Project Managers, Field Work Supervisors (FWS), First Line Managers (FLM), WWS, and Resource Allocation Point of Contact (RAPOC) to prioritize and balance labor resources across projects, addressing emergent or at-risk work.
  • Validates the Locked-In Plan of the Week (POW) to confirm work is properly prioritized, planned, resource-loaded, and executable.
  • Interfaces with other Hanford Site Contractors to ensure work and resources are properly coordinated.
  • Establishes and maintains clear lines of communication across organizations and provides the interface necessary to ensure activities are progressing as scheduled.
  • Champions continuous improvement initiatives derived from Lessons Learned, metrics, and performance trends to enhance schedule reliability, readiness, and execution efficiencies.
  • Providing management oversight, subject matter expertise, and functional area leadership within work week scheduling functions.
Basic Qualifications
  • Manager Grade 21 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Manager Grade 22 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 12 years of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the Rolling Work Week scheduling process.
  • Must understand the goals and commitments for the company and manage work scope accordingly.
  • Prior leadership experience.
Compensation & Benefits

In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full-time schedule (40 hours per week):

Grade 21: $126,200 - $202,000

Grade 22: $137,150 - $240,000

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
