Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking a Work-Study Student Associate for the ASE-EM Business Office. This role supports organizational efficiency, handles billing vouchers, filing, and editing communications while maintaining confidentiality and initiative.

Purpose:

Student workers collaborate closely with department staff in supporting the organizational efficiency of the ASE-EM Business Office. Our office is looking for students who are flexible, friendly, effective written and verbal communicators, and able to work well alone and with a team. The ideal candidate will also have a background in customer service, a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality, and must be able to demonstrate the ability to take initiative. All training necessary will be provided.

Salary Range:

$15.00 Hourly

Working Conditions:
  • May work around standard office conditions
  • Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation

Work Shift:
  • Must be available to work 10-15 hours per week.
  • Flexible work hours between Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, based on students' class schedule.
