Job summary

Dairyland Power Cooperative is seeking a Work Methods Coordinator to govern work processes and tooling across the organization. You will develop procedures, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure tools meet safety and efficiency standards.

Collaborate with Safety and frontline staff, evaluate and manage enterprise tools, and drive continuous improvement across generation, transmission, and substations. Occasional travel and training responsibilities are included.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: technical degree in high voltage work or BS in engineering/physics/math with 7+ years in utility engineering/operations.
• Experience leading frontline teams in transmission/substation or generation roles is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse work groups and to use MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain work processes, procedures, field procedures, and job aids.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with SMEs on process improvement.
• Identify best practices and support evaluation, adoption, and implementation.
• Represent Dairyland in industry forums and professional organizations.
• Evaluate, approve, and manage tools; perform periodic reviews.
• Create and distribute field bulletins related to process and tool changes.
• Support readiness for regulatory changes impacting processes or tools.
• Assist in training aligned with work processes and tools.
• Analyze workflows to identify improvements and action plans.
• Engage frontline employees to improve work execution, processes, and tools.
• Support deployment of new processes/tools via training and change management.
• Participate in event investigations and corrective actions.
