This is a client-facing role centered on education, communication, and long-term service—not cold calling or outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom

• Maintain organized and accurate digital records

• Provide consistent follow-up to ensure a positive client experience

• Participate in mentorship, skills development, and team training sessions
