Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Remote Client Consultations:
    • Meet with clients virtually to understand their financial goals and needs
    • Explain policy features, coverage options, and premium costs in a clear and accessible manner
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service:
    • Address inquiries, assist with policy changes, and support clients through claims processes
    • Act as a trusted resource for clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally
  • Foster Long-Term Relationships:
    • Follow up periodically to review clients’ evolving needs, update policies, and provide personalized support
    • Build rapport and establish trust to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Uphold Compliance and Documentation Standards:
