Lever, Inc. seeks a self-motivated virtual consultant to assess client needs, teach options, and maintain the relationship after the first meeting. You will be expected to understand client challenges, articulate solutions clearly, and guide decision-making remotely.

Administrative duties include notes, CRM hygiene, scheduling, and staying connected with clients via Zoom; this is a remote role with full training and no cold calling. Interviews on Zoom and ongoing client engagement are common.
