High-End Insurance Sales Agency Opportunity

We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated and self-managing, capable of working independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads
• Agents who require hand-holding at every step
• Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month)
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills
• Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies (average over $250/month)
• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Typically, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 and $15,000 in premiums.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. Our contracts are competitive, and we provide a proven training system and trusted lead sources.
