Position: 1099 Independent Contractor (Commission Based)

No prior finance or insurance experience is necessary thanks to our comprehensive online training program.

Our agency helps families make and save money, minimize taxes, save for college and retirement, and protect inheritances. We operate fully online via Zoom, requiring about 10-20 hours weekly initially for training and assisting families. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential—the more families you help, the more you earn. The average training associate earns around $4,000/month.

Responsibilities include:

1. Meeting and contacting potential clients to discuss financial needs
2. Conducting information-gathering meetings with clients
3. Analyzing client needs and presenting solutions
4. Providing ongoing service to clients
5. Developing personal business and marketing plans
6. Participating in marketing and expansion efforts
7. Delivering excellent customer service
