Job Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns
• Take orders, verify information, track packages, and answer customer questions
• Navigate multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard while speaking with customers over the phone

Computer and Internet Requirements

Preferred Computer Requirements:

• PC or Laptop with Windows 11, AMD Ryzen 2nd Gen or newer, or Intel i-series 8th Gen or newer with 4+ cores (2018+)
• 8GB RAM, 10GB free hard disk space
• High-speed wired internet: download 10.0 MBPS, upload 5.0 MBPS

Minimum Computer Requirements:

• PC or Laptop with Windows 11, AMD 2.1GHz or higher, or Intel 1.8GHz or higher (2016+), 4GB RAM, 10GB free disk space

Additional Requirements

Training Schedule

• 1st Shift: 2 weeks (M-F, 8:30am-3:30pm CST)
• 2nd Shift: 2 weeks (M-F, 5:00pm-11:00pm CST)
• Weekend: 3 weekends (Sa-Su, 8:00am-4:00pm CST)
