What you will do as an Inbound Customer Service Representative:
  • Receive inbound support requests via chat, phone and email from customers in need of registration assistance, technical troubleshooting, system navigation, and account setup.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality support for questions related to course codes, access errors, profile settings, and product activation.
  • Leverage company’s support portals, platform documentation, and FAQs to resolve common concerns quickly and confidently
  • Log all interactions clearly, including detailed notes on issues, resolution steps, and any necessary follow-up actions.

  • Ability to fluently speak business and conversational English.
  • Demonstrate patience, display empathy, manage stress, work under pressure.
  • Skilled and efficient in writing and verbal communication
  • Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to hardwire connect to the Internet with an Ethernet Cable and meet the following technical requirements:
  • Memory: 16 GB required
  • Dual monitors (recommended)
  • Must maintain the most recent version of Windows 11 (fully patched with no pending updates)
  • Hardwired USB noise-cancelling headset with phone-quality audio
