WORK-FROM-HOME Customer Service - Product Support - $25-$45 per hour

Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr and $45/hr, depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required. There is no payment required to apply or work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping; everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, paid weekly via direct deposit or cheque. We are a consulting firm specializing in product testing and development, conducting In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to gather real user feedback for product certification and market access. During your application, reputable market research companies will determine your demographics and consumer profile to match you with suitable products for testing. Participation is always free, secure, and private. IHUT is a quick, easy, and fun way to earn extra cash by providing feedback on upcoming products and services in the American market.

Main Duties:

1. Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed, including screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and journal entries.
2. Take care of the tested product and use it responsibly.
3. Follow the provided In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include unpacking, reading instructions, providing online or mobile feedback, using the product for a specified time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.
4. Some projects may require using MFour’s Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology to capture insights.
5. Discuss products in private chat rooms opened by market research firms.
6. Write reviews as requested for each project.
